The longer story...

My journey begins with an unwavering love for coffee—no ordinary joe, mind you, but freshly roasted perfection (we'll get into that another time). Picture this: every sip of that aromatic elixir accompanied by a guilty-pleasure treat, often bought from a supermarket.
Sugar was the common denominator in these treats—a temptation difficult to resist. Nowadays, it's well-known that sugar has the same impact on the brain as cocaine, making the parting even harder, especially after years of consuming it.Then came the epiphany. The label-reading phase. Ingredients, long and tongue-twisting, prompted me to embark on a more conscious path, realizing I couldn't erase sugar out of my life entirely. Instead, I chose the sweet journey of baking. Handpicking ingredients, tweaking recipes, and sharing the love with my dearest people.
Becoming vegan in 2021 opened my eyes wider. Even in the vegan shells of the supermarket, deceptive labels lurked. Thus, my 2020 baking hobby evolved into crafting desserts that that were resembling of the old recipes, just replacing the non-vegan products.
Vegan sweets, I discovered, are a playground of possibilities. Moist, crumbly, soft, or robust—each texture an adventure alongside your coffee or alone. Isn't that what we all crave? The chance to savor diverse shapes, colors, and textures, to experiment and relish every moment?
That’s what it meant for me when I started to bake different recipes, changing, experimenting.
Baking muffins isn't reinventing the wheel; it's a small twist toward a healthier direction. My goal? To bring a smile to your face with each delectable bite. There's something about the shape, taste, and texture that captivates. It's a journey: admiration, curiosity, the first bite, and suddenly, the muffin is gone.
So, that's my tale in a nutshell—baking since 2020, vegan baking since 2021, and now, sharing this passion with more kindred spirits. These muffins aren't just a treat; they're a slice of happiness, and I hope to make your world a tad brighter one muffin at a time.
